Scott Reese Appointed Director of Curriculum for Math and Science

The Longwood Central School District is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Scott Reese as the new Director of Curriculum for Math and Science. Mr. Reese brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to education, having served as Assistant Principal of Longwood High School since 2004.
Throughout his tenure at Longwood High School, Mr. Reese has overseen professional development, managed academic departments, and supervised school safety planning.
Mr. Reese’s academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education Biology from SUNY Oneonta, a Master's degree in Liberal Studies, and a School District Leadership certification from Stony Brook University. His experience in both teaching and administration will serve as a strong foundation for his new role in advancing math and science education districtwide.

"His administrative experience and commitment to the success of our students will ensure a smooth transition and further enrich our school community."
